With over 15 years in construction and project management, he has led everything from new custom builds to complex commercial renovations, always with an emphasis on collaboration and excellence. Sam works closely with architects, engineers, and trade partners to bring truly unique visions to life while ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned out and managed. Originally from New York, he and his wife Emily now call Raleigh home, where they spend their free time outdoors with their golden retriever, Grace. Known for his approachable leadership style, Sam values the relationships built throughout the homebuilding process just as much as the finished product. His work is defined by a commitment to excellence, transparency, and creating homes that blend innovation with lasting comfort while bringing glory to God.
